Our mission at Salty Olive is to offer our guests an authentic Spanish pinchos (pintxos) experience.
By that we mean, a selection of delicious small bites, each with huge flavours, complemented by carefully selected Spanish wines and beers. Our dishes are all homemade in our kitchen, using the freshest ingredients, delivered daily.
Pinchos are designed for grazing, sharing and trying a wide selection of fresh, delicious flavours. We won’t put a time limit on your stay with us as, in true Spanish style, we encourage our guests to relax, chat, take their time and enjoy the experience.
