DESCRIPTION:It is the most fun you can have on and off water....a Stand Up 
 Paddleboard followed by a run.\nWe're excited to be working with Nick from
  GoWithTheFlo once more on this event and have THREE events to choose from
  this year:\n1. 1km SUP (on a standup paddleboard) - 5km run\n2. New for 2
 025… if you’re looking to really push yourself\, why not try two laps\
 , so twice round the 1km SUP lap for a 2km SUP\, then twice around the 5km
  running route to make it a 10km run. Double the distance\, double the fun
 !!\n3. Younger paddlers aged 10 - 16 can also take part in a 500m paddle a
 nd 2km run combo\, think parkrun with a bit of paddleboarding tagged on! O
 ur younger entrants will be closely monitored around the 500m course on th
 e water\, and then by volunteers as they complete an ‘out and back’ 2k
