Douglas is UK Hotel Chef of the Year 2025 and leads the kitchen at The Grove of Narberth, a restaurant holding 4 AA Rosettes, set within a Michelin Key Hotel. Earlier in his career, he earned and retained a Michelin star for three consecutive years.
For one night in Wokingham, Douglas will create a plant-based tasting menu exclusively for LEBA.
