Create your own shore textile landscape using a variety of different textured yarns in coastal tones and learn the skill of weaving.

Participants will weave a roughly 9cm square piece of textile art using a variety of different textured yarns in coastal tones reminiscent of a summer’s day at the beach, with not a cloud in the sky! They will learn how to do plain weave and add a little texture with knots; remove the weaving from the loom and weave in the ends; and then mount the weaving onto a 15cm square piece of mountboard, all ready to pop in a 15cm/6 inch square frame.
