Have something to repair? There’s a form for that!  You don’t have to complete it in advance, but by sending this information before you attend the Repair Café they can tell you whether they think it can be repaired, and can plan to have the right tools etc. ready if it can. You will receive an email confirming that this request has been logged. Please bring that email (on a mobile phone, or printed out) with you – note that repairs are processed on an on-the-day first come first served basis.
