Yoga in the Park
Park Yoga is a FREE yoga session open to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
However donations are welcome!
Location: Howard Palmer Gardens in Wokingham town centre.
No need to book – just turn up!
Things to bring:
– mat (or towel or blanket)

Every Sunday 9.30am – 10.30am, from Sunday 7th May to Sunday 17th September 2023.
PLEASE NOTE – all sessions are weather dependant. Be sure to keep an eye on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/parkyogawokingham regarding any cancellations (announced at least an hour before the start).
