This is an information giving and signposting service for Wokingham residents over the age of 18. Community Navigators can signpost residents to the most appropriate services for their needs, offering support to connect with social or physical activities in the community which help manage health and wellbeing. The Navigators have excellent knowledge of services, charities and organisations available in the Wokingham area.
Wokingham United Charities
Wokingham United Charities divides into two separate but linked roles :- Running the Wokingham Almshouses at Westende and Operating a relief in need endowed fund to help needy people resident in the parishes of Wokingham, Wokingham Without, St.Nicholas Hurst, Ruscombe and Finchampstead North
